LGBTQ Senior Housing happily accepts stock donations. With the help of Stock Donator, organizations are able to provide LGBTQ Senior Housing with corporate shares.
Individual Retirement Account (IRA) RMD
For folks over the age of 70 1/2, as a non-taxable alternative to taking your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) from your IRA, you can take your RMD as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) instead. By doing so you can donate some or all of your RMD to LGBTQ Senior Housing as a QCD and it won’t count as taxable income. Speak with your financial advisor to learn more.
