Living at The Pryde

The application for The Pryde’s Housing Lottery is NOW CLOSED.

With construction due to be complete in early 2024, we are excitedly preparing to welcome our first residents. As a mixed-income/affordable, independent living housing community, The Pryde will house residents in 74 apartments. Residency will be determined through a lottery process, consistent with Massachusetts Fair Housing requirements.

The deadline to submit the lottery application was February 22, 2024 (postmarked or submitted online). However, you may submit an application to be added to the waitlist to be considered for future occupancy.

**All waitlist applications must be printed and mailed to “The Pryde, PO BOX 366341, Hyde Park, MA 02136”. If you need a copy printed or mailed to you, please reach out to our team at info@lgbtqseniornhousing.org or (857) 342-3292.
