The application for The Pryde’s Housing Lottery is NOW CLOSED.
We are excitedly preparing to welcome our first residents. As a mixed-income/affordable, independent living housing community, The Pryde will house residents in 74 apartments. Residency will be determined through a lottery process, consistent with Massachusetts Fair Housing requirements.
The deadline to submit the lottery application has passed. However, you may submit an application to be added to the waitlist to be considered for future occupancy.
Waitlist applications can be submitted online or via mail. If you need a copy printed mailed to you, please reach out to our team at info@lgbtqseniornhousing.org or (857) 342-3292.

About the Apartments:
There are studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Apartments are located on the Ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Each apartment is renovated from a former classroom, and is designed as barrier free: bathrooms are large to accommodate mobility devices, kitchens are equipped with wall ovens in lieu of in-stove ovens for ease of access, and levered door handles and cabinet pulls facilitate use by people with arthritis.
